1 Cup Basmati Rice (બાસમતી ચોખા)

1/3 Cup Pea (વટાણા)

1 Big Onion (ડુંગળી)

2-3 Nos Green chilly (લીલા મરચાં)

1-Tea spoon Garlic ginger paste (આદું-લસણની પેસ્ટ)

As per taste Salt (મીઠું)

As per need Water (પાણી)

2 Table spoon Ghee ( ઘી )

1Nos Kassia (તજ)

1Tea spoon Cumin seeds (જીરૂં)

1 Nos Bay leaf (તમાલપત્ર)
Directions
Let the first basmati rice pour in water for half an hour. After that, make long and thin slices of onion. Now heat the ghee in a cooker. Then add all the ingredients for the wagon and mix it properly. After serving half a minute, add onion and green chilies. Fry onion until light brown color. Then add ginger-garlic paste to it and cook it again for a minute. Now add peas and fry them for a couple of minutes. After that wash it thoroughly and add the finished rice and mix it properly. Then add salt and water and mix it properly. Now let it boil. After that, turn off the gas and let it rush for 7 to 9 minutes. Then let the cooker cool down. After that, mix well and mix well. If you wish, you can serve them by carrot with coriander.
